Still Fighting for Coyote vs. Acme

Posted by BlueJacketPerson - May 20th, 2024

I've heard word that things don't look good for the film and unfortunately the situation might not end well, but until some official word comes out, I'm going to keep fighting for Coyote vs. Acme. I actually kind of regret not doing as much activism on this platform as I have on Twitter, but here are the petitions again anyways:

https://www.change.org/p/release-the-completed-and-highly-anticipated-movie-coyote-vs-acme

https://www.change.org/p/release-coyote-vs-acme

No matter what happens, justice must be brought to this situation.

Additionally, here are some more petitions which are similar to this cause:

"Save Scoob! Holiday Haunt" petition: https://www.change.org/p/save-scoob-holiday-haunt-5ba55b25-9510-43a4-8538-8ea5bbf91056

"Release Batgirl" petition: https://www.change.org/p/release-batgirl

"Fire David Zaslav" petition: https://www.change.org/p/fire-david-zaslav-from-warner-bros-discovery-and-hire-a-new-ceo

Second "Fire David Zaslav" petition: https://www.change.org/p/fire-david-zaslav

I'm not sure how much can be done regarding the first two additional causes, but I've seen people fighting for them in somewhat recent times so if there is a chance they can be saved I'll vouch for their release. The latter two petitions are definitely something to focus on. David Zaslav is wrecking Warner Bros. and must be brought to justice. Hence, I've listed two petitions for that cause.

Earlier, a new film adaptation of Stephen King's Salem's Lot was in a somewhat similar situation to Coyote. Thankfully, however, it was confirmed to be releasing sometime this year, though unfortunately it got demoted from theatrical release to straight-to-streaming. Apparently it will be getting a theatrical release in the UK, however.

Well, that's all I have to say for now. I hope justice will be brought to this situation and any others like it.
